I've been taking advantage of the benefits of technology in education for a while now. It never seems to get old. Every corner I turn there is a new "latest and greatest" gadget or site that can be integrated into my lessons with my students or my trainings with staff. The fun is never-ending!

As a library media specialist I have had a plethora of opportunities to train, be trained, experiment, and integrate various technological tools for the purpose of developing 21st century skills. Some of my favorite sites and tools are listed for you to explore.

In addition to my full time position in the school district of Janesville, I have enjoyed training my fellow professionals how to use and engage students using technology with fidelity, as well as effectively create lessons involving higher level thinking skills. The possibilities are endless!
